We design and develop custom aircraft power supplies for commercial airborne applications for OEM’s serving the aircraft/aviation industry. DSC Power Solutions specializes in providing custom aviation power supplies that meet Boeing and Airbus’s aeronautics specifications required for operation on their planes. Our designs meet stringent temperature, efficiency, shock, and vibration requirements that accompany many aircraft LRU applications.
DSC Power Solutions understands the primary need for meeting the EMC and input requirements of DO-160D/E and takes a conservative approach to insure a successful development of a power supply that complies with variable frequency, EMI, power factor, and harmonics standards.
Our initial approach is to use a pre-qualified, isolated front-end and integrating it with a pre-designed output section providing a complete power solution. The major advantage of this model is that it expedites the prototype process and mitigates the risk of not passing the expensive qualification process on the first attempt.
We offer no charge samples and “build-to-order” production runs for any of our designs. Lead-times may vary depending upon material availability. Some units may require MOQ.
